The founders of the company have extensive management and technical expertise, acquired over many years of combined manufacturing, business and management experience. Each principal of the company has a strong corporate background as well as extensive manufacturing, sales and marketing experience in providing quality products and services. The Company’s growth and expansion will be dependant on its ability to attract and retain an adequate number of such professionals. Management recognizes that its employees are its most important resource, and believes that its policies and procedures are adequate to insure good employee relations.

The Team

Barrington Simon


Mr. Simon graduated from Stratford Technical College in the UK with a degree in general business. Following immigration to Canada he obtained the CGA designation. His career includes positions in Citibank, Halton Credit Union, Colortron Photo Services and Taylor Leibow Chartered Accountants. In 1982 he opened his own accounting practice and expanded the operation in 1995 to include his own financial planning service company. In 1997, Light Management Group which went public in 2000. Barrington served as President and CEO of Light Management until his resignation in 2006. Mr. Simon is responsible for The Systech Group of Companies for establishing and maintaining the corporate philosophy and vision, overseeing business investment and assuring that the company’s plans are executed.

Gary Pare


Mr. Gary Pare has over 20 years in various supervisory positions at Rogers Cablesystems and also 5 years in the lower and mid-management positions. 4 years as president of Exclusive Advertising, 5 years as president of Signplace Ince, 12 years as Pastor/Teacher at Jubilee Victory Church which, including 5 years as Director of Mens MInistry at Evangel Temple. Mr Pare spent 6 years teaching Enclish in Korea

John Coyle


Mr. Coyle graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a degree in Organizational Management. He Currently oversees the procurement process for a manufacturer of industrial air and gas filters and ASME code filters. John also brings experience in senior housing marketing and sales. From 2008-2011, John directed the sales and marketing efforts for two of the premier multi-site senior housing communities in Rochester, NY. John is currently active in the planning and development of senior housing in western NY.
